FAQs Q.  How much does it cost to join the fitness center? A.  The annual fee is $260 which can be paid through automatic payroll deduction of $10.83 twice a month (24 times a year).  A one time initiation fee (currently $35.) is also required to join. Q.  How do I join? A.  Bring the completed application form (available on the web site or at the front desk of the center) along with a check for $45.83 (the initiation fee plus the initial payment). Q.  How do I end / cancel my membership with the fitness center? A.  In order to stop the payroll deduction, you must come to the front desk and fill out a form authorizing payroll to stop the automatic deduction.
